“Let me start by saying I had questions on pet insurance when I first got my puppy and the doctor called me that day to answer all my questions. I had dogs before and took them to other animal hospitals but never had a doctor call me to explain something, usually it would be one of the techs up front that would answer via email. Very impressive, especially with the doctors I’ve dealt with before.
About a week later I went in for puppy shots and the doctor spent maybe about an hour with us talking to us on what we need and what to expect. The technology he had in vet rooms we’re pretty impressive as well.
Overall, I need to set up our next appointment and would recommend him to everyone”
