Curbside, Concierge Service to Keep Everyone Healthy

In an effort to keep both our four-footed patients and their two-footed parents healthy, Heron Lakes Animal Hospital is now providing Concierge Curbside Service only. We sincerely appreciate your grace and consideration throughout these quickly evolving circumstances. Know that our goal is to keep everyone – you, your pets and our staff – compliant with social distancing guidelines and remain well.

Here are a few key details:

• Please call us at 954-344-4911 to schedule your appointment.
• We’ve added signage with directions throughout the parking lot. 
• Patient histories will be taken by phone once your pet is inside with our team. 
• Please remain in your car and reachable by cell phone throughout the examination so Dr. Lera can speak with you regarding his findings and we can return your pet promptly.
• We will process credit card payments via the phone, only after receiving your consent for treatment.
• Remember to keep your car properly heated or cooled so that your pet’s body temperature is accurate. 

We encourage you to stay up-to-date information on COVID-19 and pets with ongoing information from the American Veterinary Medical Association American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).
